Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. All prices are shown and charged in USD.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery is 7 to 12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local carriers. These are estimates, not guarantees; occasional delays (customs, weather, peak periods) can occur and are not grounds for a refund.

TRACKING

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, and such orders are not refunded.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PARCELS

Parcels refused at delivery, or left unclaimed and returned to us, are not eligible for a refund.

LOST OR STUCK PARCELS

If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, or your parcel is marked delivered but not received, email store.merkle@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
